i made this compilation CD to give my junglist producer friends the satisfaction of participating in a physical release without the financial burden of assembling, marketing, and shipping CDs themselves; i trust that i have been able to introduce new audiences to my friends' work. i split the initial profits of this release with all of the artists involved (unless they declined payment o_O). the physical CDs have been sold out for quite some time, but you can check out on bandcamp and soundcloud.

i spent over 25 hours cutting paper in my living room for the full-color 16 page manuals in its original run before tee vera continuously mixed it and i switched to digipaks. the digipaks were made locally by the guy who used to do nirvana's cassettes back in the day.. how cool is that??

all of the plastic jewelcases were secondhand from eBay either as brand new deadstock, or from a service that salvages jewelcases from unsold thrift store CDs (so... some of the jewelcases were scratched and covered with stickers o_O i sold most of them in person because the cosmetic damage was unique for each case).

these CDs were also bundled with a limited edition hot like fiyah pink jungle network vol I zine, as well as a glow in the dark sticker and jungle network pin i had made locally. i was interviewed for the zine and i wanted to help spread the good word.

the green business card in the top row was for sending out digital download codes. it's a rip of an ad from muzik mag.
